The Scottish government is warning people who face debt problems north of the border not to be tempted by the approach of a loan shark.
Housing and Communities minister Alex Neil, condemned loan sharks this week for their habits of preying on the poorest individuals in Scotland, by offering loans to be paid back at monumental interest rates.
