
A government scheme to help consumers with financial problems is "seriously deficient", according to a House of Commons committee.
The MPs have pointed to a lack of responsibility by one department or individual for co-ordinating all the initiatives as a major reason for the failing.
The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, Department for Work and Pensions, and the Ministry of Justice share responsibility for the strategy.
